Draped in a pretty pale yellow robe with golden reflections,this limpid and brilliant wine

develops a complex bouquet in which harmoniously unite

exotic fruits aromas (mango, passion fruit) and white fruit aromas (peach, pear, nectarine).

Their freshness continues in a ripy and gourmet mouth.

The aging supports this wine well with delicate toasted brioche notes which

heighten the fruity notes and gives it fatness.

Assembly: 35% Sauvignon, 65% Semillons old vines (65 years old)

Ageing: In amphorae for the Sauvignons and in barrels for 7 months for the Semillons
