Tasting Note

This red is a brilliant garnet-crimson in colour.

It has some complexity on the nose, combining spices (clove, cumin) with oaky notes (smoke, truffle, toast).

On agitation, the aromatic palette opens up to notes of dried fruit, prunes and dates.

On the palate, the discreet oak gives way to tightly knit tannins that bring freshness and length.

ASSEMBLY: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet-Sauvignon

AGEING: Aged in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats and in barrels for 12 to 14 months
